JSC Shipyard Zaliv has completed works on construction of offshore platform supply vessel (total launching weight is 1550 tons, deadweight 4000 tons).
By the words of the General Director Mr. Nikolay Yermak, despite the fact that Zaliv already works on the offshore shipbuilding market this project was not an usual one.

On April 6, 2012 general meeting of shareholders of JSC Shipyard Zaliv took place.
Shareholders of JSC Shipyard Zaliv listened to and approved the report of general director of the results of business and financial performance in 2011, report and conclusions of Revision committee of business and financial performance in 2011, annual financial reports of the Company, report of Supervisory Board.
 

At the present moment Zaliv Shipyard successfully implement some shipbuilding projects providing forming of the hulls in the dry dock and on building berth.
Parallel work over two hulls supposed for servicing of drilling platforms takes place in the dry dock.
The order building number 0295 placed by Ulstein Hull As (Norway) is completely formed. At the pre-sent moment the assembly-welding works are still in progress on the last units of aft end and aft rooms are prepared for presenting of construction prior to painting.
 

Kerch shipyard Zaliv has renewed its cooperation with company Damen Shipyards Bergum (the Netherlands). By the order of this company the yard will build two highly outfitted hulls of platform supply vessels of project PSV 3300.
As it was told by Zaliv's marketing director Mr. Yuriy Dovgiy, Damen Shipyards Bergum is long standing and well-proved partner of the yard for whom Zaliv had built a few series of multipurpose vessels, however, construction of offshore vessels will be the first common experience.
 

Zaliv Shipyard's work over the order from Bergen (vessel purposed for servicing of offshore oil-gas platforms) has come to the stage of forming of the hull.
In the beginning of January the first solid block consisting of bottom unit and tweendeck units was laid up in the dry dock. The total weigh of the block comprises 150 tons.
 

One of the new contracts that filled up the shipyard's portfolio became the contract for construction of the floating dock with the total weight of 1217 tons for the company from Portugal.

As it was reported by the financial director of JSC Shipyard Zaliv Andrey Zakharchuk, contract signed in May, 2011, for construction of specialized offshore vessel for servicing of drilling rigs of ships for Norwegian company Bergen is fully secured with required financing from the side of the shipyard.

 Aiming to secure optimal workload for own capacities shipyard Zaliv participates in realisation of not only shipbuilding and ship-repair projects.
