Keel-laying in the dry dock of the first three units of the vessel, designed for seismographic exploration of the shelf (Yard No 292), took place on May, 10^th. Three blocks out of ten needed had been integrated in the Hull by the end of May and by the middle of June all works on forming of the Hull have been already finished.

At Zaliv, on May 26, the taking out from the dock of one of the orders, constructed at the present moment by the order of Norwegian company Ulstein took place.

 As Marketing Director Mr. Yuriy Dovgiy told, the long-term strategic partner of the shipyard, Norwegian company Ulstein placed at the yard next shipbuilding order.

According to the signed contract Zaliv undertakes the construction of the vessel for maintenance of drilling rigs (project SX 148).

 JSC Shipyard Zaliv (Kerch, Crimea) and Norwegian shipowner Argali Holdings Ltd have signed the contract for construction of offshore drilling rigs supply vessel (project 832 CD).

 Starting from May 24 up to May 27 in Norway one of the biggest international exhibitions in shipbuilding branch Nor-Shipping 2011 shall take place.

 Personnel policy of shipyard Zaliv among the rest is directed to increasing the qualification level of its specialists, and for this purpose the program of educating the workers in higher education establishments at the costs of the shipyard is applied.

The forming of the hull Yno. 291 that is built by the order of Norwegian company Ulstein has been completed in the Zaliv's dry dock 
 The supposed specified scope of works, naming forming into the hull assembly of 15 unit with the total weight of 1100 tons is completed keeping the schedule.

 On April 19 this year the Constant Representative Of President of Ukraine in the Crimea Vladimir Yatsuba visited Kerch with the business visit. His acquaintance with the life of the town he started from the review of production facilities of Zaliv Shipyard.

 At April 15, 2011 the general meeting of shareholders of JSC Shipyard Zaliv took place. Shareholders listened to and approved the report of the General Director of the Society about the results of financial and economic activities in 2010, the report and conclusions of Revision committee and the report of Supervisory Board.

In the dry-dock of Zaliv shipyard the active work over the construction of the vessel for servicing of drilling platforms goes on.
