All stages of shipbuilding production are modernized and provide for European quality:

Shotblasting and priming of plates and profiles is performed by an automatic line;

Cutting of plates is performed by CNC gas-cutting machines;

Sections and blocks (up to 80 % of a hull construction) are assembled on a block and panel line made by TTC company, Norway;

Welding-assembly production is equipped with cranes up to 200 t lifting capacity and transporters which ensure fabrication of blocks up to 600 t;

The new paint shop of a Western European level guarantees surface treatment and coating to world highest standards. The scope of coating before assembly in the dry dock is increased up to 70 %. Now coating works are performed independent of any weather conditions.
The quality level of ZALIV’ activity has gained recognition with customers and leading international class societies. In 2002 ZALIV’ QC management system was successfully certified by Bureau Veritas to ISO 9001–4.
The leading Class societies (LR, GL, BV, DnV) issued their certificates of approval for technological processes used by ZALIV for newbuildings and ship repair.
